In my previous position leading the UX Design team in Customer Support at ItaĂş Bank (the largest bank in Latin America), I was responsible for setting up the UX design process for the customer support team for online channels (WhatsApp, Web chat, and App chat), from research to solution. This allowed the Customer Support department to make better decisions based on data analysis as well as qualitative feedback gathered from real users through focus groups, 1:1 interviews, usability, and concept tests.

During the research, we identified opportunities to enhance the claims process for users and optimize internal workflows, fostering better communication between repair centers and the insurer.

At Claro, I led the project to redesign the team leaders’ training program in collaboration with the HR department, addressing the challenge: “How can we increase employee participation in Claro’s leadership training program?”
Through exploratory interviews, we gained insights into employees’ experiences with the existing training programs, uncovering their motivations and expectations. Leveraging behavioral design principles and gamification strategies, we implemented solutions to enhance engagement and drive participation in the leadership training program.

Performing the entire design process to identify bottlenecks in the health insurance quoting process for large companies (10,000+ employees), including prototyping, testing, and validating potential solutions to enhance the quoting tool based on Salesforce Lightning.

Validating ideas to enhance the recently developed online English class method, which was introduced due to the pandemic time. This involves weekly co-creation, testing, and validating hypotheses in actual classes in order to bring value to students and their parents.
